“Thank you all for making my day amazing”

City Park is a versatile and lovely spot for your ceremony. One of the oldest parks in the nation, this park houses decades old oaks covered by Spanish moss. There are multiple peristyles, bridges and gazebos for your portrait session. We also encourage photos at the Botanical Garden!

We hope to help you make the process of planning an elopement easy! Congratulations! You've made the first step by selecting a date, finding a location and choosing a package.
After you reserve your date with us your Customer Experience Manager will be in touch and connect you with your team - officiant, photographer, videography, whatever you need! We will send out an itinerary a few days prior to your ceremony to ensure everyone is on the same page.
When the big day arrives, everyone shows up at the location at the right time and you and your sweetie get to say your special promises to one another, have your portraits taken, and then celebrate!
All of our payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor called Stripe. We don't store your credit card information, so you'll always have control over what payments you make and when.
To first reserve your date and book with us, we do require a deposit which ranges from $150-$450 depending on what package you select.
Then 15 days before your ceremony, you’ll be sent a link to pay the remainder of your balance! (You can also chat with your Customer Experience Manager if you’d like to make payments before your ceremony as well).
Travel Fees are in place for some of our locations that are a bit farther out. They cover the gas & time for our team members to get to that location.
We understand the concern around the coronavirus at this time and we are dedicated to being flexible and working with our clients! We have a few different options in place:
Option #1 is to reschedule/postpone your ceremony. Option #2 is the ability to switch to a location that is closer to you.
The deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a different location or date!
In the event of rain, we have a few options:
- Wait for the weather to pass (which it typically does pretty quickly) - Reschedule for another day - Move the ceremony to your hotel or another convenient setting
Some of our couples even choose to have their ceremony in the rain and get some gorgeous photos out of it =)
Our Customer Experience Managers are amazing! They will work directly with you as a remote planner for your special day.
They will: assign and manage your vendors, apply for any necessary permits that we’re allowed to apply for, give advice on obtaining your license, manage all of your payments and itineraries, and basically plan and put together your ceremony while being available to answer any and all of your questions. They're also a great resource for local recommendations =)
We focus on the ceremony itself - we’d be happy to offer up some recommendations, but ultimately, the organization lands on you for a reception!
We do. As an elopement company we specialize in ceremonies with 20 or less guests. We are able to keep our prices low by having contracts with our vendors based on guest counts below 20. Many vendors feel like larger ceremonies take more coordination and energy, especially for photographers who often are asked to take photos of the additional guests, and charge more as a result.
That being said, many of our destinations have COVID related restrictions that prevent large groups from gathering. If you're ever interested in bringing more guests, please check with your customer experience representative to make sure that's allowed in your destination of choice.
