About the Venue
Sole Repair Shop is not solely inside, thanks to a large, operational garage door. Pick the venue for a larger elopement since the space is 1,800 square feet. Once a shoe repair warehouse, wooden walls remain to create an historic, welcoming atmosphere.

Tips
- Let us know the time and date you are thinking of, and we will coordinate with the venue on your behalf ($400 total fee for a two-hour rental).
- Non-refundable deposits are required in the amount of the room rental fee. Cancellations less than 8 weeks before the event are charged at 25% the estimated total cost, and less than four weeks are charged at 50%.
- The maximum guest count is 25 people.
- Chairs and tables come with the venue free of charge.
- Catering and bar services are charged on a case by case basis with customized quotes. If catering or bar is required, the venue has a $750 food and beverage minimum for daytime events.
- A venue manger is on-site during the ceremony to handle any setup and cleanup needs.
- There's an in-house sound system, coat room, wifi, air conditioning / heat, and lounge furniture, so you have lots of possibilities to customize your ceremony!
- Wheelchair accessible.
